Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak Halloween season (September-October), please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two magical shipping options to deliver your Halloween treasures:
✨ Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
✨ Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: FREE for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
🌍 International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Received within the last 15 days
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following magical items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Headwear (wigs, hats, masks – due to hygiene concerns)
- Opened or used Accessories
- Customized or altered costumes
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipping
⚠️ Exception: We make exceptions if these items arrive damaged or defective – please contact us immediately if this occurs!
📦 How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team
Email our friendly support ghosts at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please don’t send anything back without this authorization!
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Ship to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
💰 Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).
💳 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You can expect to see funds in your account within:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Want to exchange for a different size, style, or product?
- Follow the return process above
- In your initial email, specify what you’d like to exchange for
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using the same shipping method
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
🌍 International Returns
International returns follow the same process but may take slightly longer. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or international shipping costs associated with returns.
