While we strive to make every order perfect, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are needed. Our friendly ghosts and goblins are here to help make the process as easy as saying “trick or treat”!
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also include the original tags.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Halloween treasures:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team
Email our friendly support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and ship to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
📦 Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You can expect to see the funds in your account within:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- In your initial email, specify what you’d like to exchange for
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using the same shipping method as your original order
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Headwear (due to hygiene concerns)
- Opened or used Accessories
- Customized or altered costumes
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipping
We make exceptions if these items arrive damaged or defective – please contact us immediately if this occurs!

International Returns
Since we serve customers worldwide (except Asia and select remote areas), international returns follow the same process but may take slightly longer. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or international shipping costs associated with returns.
