When should I order to ensure my costume arrives before Halloween?
To ensure you have your costumes with plenty of time before Halloween night, we recommend ordering by:

  • Mid-October for Standard Shipping
This gives you time to try on costumes, coordinate with family members, and make any necessary adjustments before the big night!
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Tracking information will be provided for all orders so you can follow your package’s magical journey right to your doorstep!
Why are delivery times estimated from dispatch date rather than order date?
Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date (after processing) because this gives you a more accurate estimate of when your costumes will actually arrive at your door. Remember to account for the 1-2 business days needed for order processing!

Not completely spellbound by your purchase? We offer returns within 15 days of receipt. Your satisfaction is our priority, because we believe Halloween should be magical, not stressful!

How do I choose the right size for my costume?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. We recommend measuring yourself or your child and comparing with our size charts to ensure the perfect fit. Remember, ordering early gives you time for adjustments if needed!
Can I make adjustments to my costume?
Absolutely! Many of our customers make minor adjustments to perfect their costumes. That’s why we recommend ordering early – to give yourself plenty of time for any last-minute tailoring or accessory additions!
